WE PRODUCE
Shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, chino, denim, bottoms, jackets and other styles. (We work with 100% Cotton and Mixtures, light-weight and heavy fabrics. We also work with jersey, jersey/lycra; piquet; fleece, mixtures with lurex as well as woven fabrics, for products such as coats, chinos, jeans, shirts etc.) We make products with all types of garment wash and garment dye and work with all types of printing. (Only for bespoke model service).

WHAT INFORMATION WE NEED TO PROVI DE AS A COMPANV/BRAND?
You need to provide us your company name, billing address, delivery address (if different) and your VAT number (Or similar number if you’re outside Europe – Ex: ABN for Australia or EIN for United States).
If your company does not have VAT number, we will charge +21% of Spanish tax.
HOW FAST CAN VOU DEVELOP SAMPLES/PRODUCTION?
Depending on our production schedule and the sample, and if we use the fabrics from our stock, we can normally develop the sample in 1-2 weeks.
For production we normally have a delivery time of 8-10 weeks after receiving the final order and payment confirmation of said order. We make a maximum of 2 samples for new costumers (one per model- 2 models max).
If you want just a fitting sample, without customizations, you can submit a direct sample order on our website Private label shop.
AII customizations that are not ordered on the sample phase will be applied in production directly without a sample for confirmation at your own risk. For private label fitting samples, we take up to 5 business days to ship your order. Shipping time is not taken into consideration on this lead time.
CAN YOU SUPPLY ANY FABRICS?
Yes, we work in a fully factored basis. All our products are 100% asiatic (from fabrics, to dyeing, to manufacturing).
HOW DO VOU HANDLE SHIPPING?
Our company is not responsible for shippings. We can arrange shippings under our account if you don’t have means to arrange this (to which we will charge you), but we do not take any responsibility for damages, lesses, charges of customs fees that can occur. ECO TEXTILE sells FOB, which means that our responsibility as a manufacturer over your product ends by the time the product leaves our facilities. AII productions are shipped in one single drop for an address in the same country as your brand/company is registered. We do not make dropship. Shippings costs are provided once the product being shipped is packed and we have the information regarding volume/weight of the shipping. For sample purchases at our private label shop, the shipping costs will automatically calculated when your order is placed.
WHAT ARE VOUR MINIMUM QUANTITIES?
For bespoke models is 150 per style/color depending on the fabrics applied in each model since each fabric may require minimum to order. Some specific fabrics are custom-made and can range from 300 pieces per color to 1000 or higher. For Private label productions, our MOQ is 100 units per model/color.
WHAT’S VOUR EXPERIENCE SO FAR?
We work with very recognized brands on the market, mainly luxury brands and also clothes of protection that require several non patentable licenses to produce these special garments.
CAN VOU SEND US FABRICS TO HELP US CHOOSE A MATERIAL?
We can send fabric swatches if you provide the composition, structure and weight you are looking for. We can also provide guidance and suggest fabrics that could fit your project/ budget. If you are not able to provide this information, you can send a fabric sample to us so we can source something similar. For Private label models, you have an option on the shop to request private label fabrics swatches.
HOW DO VOU USUALLY OPERATE WITH YOUR CLIENTS (PROCESS/INFORMATIONS YOU NEED/ SOURCING ETC)?
We have a totally vertical process of creation , from the fabrics sourcing, fitting, patterns, prototypes, printing/embroidery to the final production and packing. From you as a brand, we need either full tech packs of each model or physical samples for fitting/fabric reference.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY PER DAY?
For Denim jeans and Chinos we produce approximately 350 units per day; For shirts it’s 500 units; Jackets its 200 units; Hoodies its 400 units and t-shirts its 500 units.
WHAT ARE VOUR CERTIFICATES?
Our fabrics are GOTS certified, Sedex, Oeko-tex 100 certified and ISO 9001.
HOW WE WORK:
- To create your styles, we need a technical pack with all the measurements, sewing details, fabric composition and color reference. We do not work with fabrics provided by the costumer. AII fabrics must be sourced and controlled by ECO TEXTILE.
- If you are not able to provide full tech packs, we can do it another way: – Send us a piece of clothing and we can copy the measurements to make your model.
- If you do not have references of the fabric you want to use, it is important to send a piece of clothing or a sample of fabric to use as reference, so we can find you a similar fabric.
PRICES: WE CANNOT PROVIDE PRICES WITHOUT THE INFORMATION REQUIRED ABOVE. IF VOU PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUESTED, WE CAN SEND AN ESTIMATED PRICE PER UNIT. THE FINAL PRICE WILL ONLV BE GIVEN AFTER THE SAMPLE IS READV AND THE QUANTITY FOR PRODUCTION IS CONFIRMED.
PRIVATE LABEL ARTICLES
These models are more practical because you just need to choose from pre-selected fittings, fabrics and colors and the MOQ is lower than developing your own models. Our MOQ for this service is 100 units per model and per color, including 4 sizes. We have a minimum of 10 units per size when you select your quantities per size.
To order from our private label, you can buy a fitting sample to check quality on our website shop or you can submit a quote request on our website for a customized production. To order customized samples of private label, you must send an email (info@ecotxtile.com) with your request so we can quote.
CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE LABEL
Our processing time is immediate and orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day as long as products are in stock. However, please generally allow at least 2-4 business days. Orders from Europe are duty/tax free with the exceptions of Switzerland & Norway & UK. Canada, Australia, & other non- European countries may still incur duties upon delivery depending on the country.
ECO TEXTILE does not return or refund Fitting sample purchases made online. Said purchases are merely for approval of quality and fitting towards a possible production development.
Direct production orders without a confirmation sample made upfront are not eligible for refunds or claims. Samples must be specifically requested or ECO TEXTILE considers all website production orders as a direct purchases. For customized sample order from Private Label, the model is charged 3x the cost stated on the website + any accessories, opening costs and the cost of the customization itself that will be confirmed by our team via email.
ECO TEXTILE reserves the right to update and change these conditions whenever we have the need to update our terms.
